For Polycom, Tandberg or Lifesize equipment, the AT&T Business Exchange will automatically call the endpoint at the scheduled start time. Set your equipment to auto-answer or plan to be in the room at the scheduled start time to answer the incoming call and you will be instantaneously connected. For Cisco TelePresence Systems, you will speed dial into the conference using the IP Phone in the center of the desk. The telephone's display provides a list of the room's pre-scheduled telepresence meetings. To connect; simply touch the meeting description on the display.
